Impact projects need to move without losing their roots.

Our logo is inspired by the Paxiúba, an Amazonian palm with exposed roots, known for moving in search of light without letting go of the ground. That is how we work: we help each initiative evolve with method, evidence and financial sustainability, without losing the purpose that gave rise to it.

  1. A solid foundation to scale

Clear purpose, a well-defined strategy and a consistent structure so the initiative can grow and expand its impact.

  2. Field and evidence

Grounded in field-tested best practices and clear evaluation processes for decision-making.

  3. Down-to-earth experience

Our team has lived the day-to-day of organizations and projects. We roll up our sleeves alongside each team and build tailor-made solutions.

Consulting, Implementation, Mentoring and Evaluation.

We work together to understand what your initiative needs right now.
